Transaction Assistance & Advisory Services

Be it negotiations, drafting, advice on legal issues, obtaining approvals, completing registration, disclosure or other requirements, we provide the complete range of transaction-related services. We focus on assisting foreign entities with setting up in India; providing assistance with Indian business laws; and transactions involving a cross-border facet or an overseas entity. 
We assist our foreign clients not familiar with Indian customs/practices/approach in negotiations with local businesspersons and with representation before Indian government officials. We handle preliminary and follow-up meetings independently, thereby saving clients’ travel costs. Given our understanding of the Indian business environment and our experience, our clients regularly seek our inputs for practical solutions.

Dispute Resolution

We handle matters before all courts and tribunals. We also represent clients in Arbitration proceedings and mediation. Our Chamber inside the Supreme Court compound in central Delhi enables us to efficiently handle Supreme Court matters and matters before other Courts and Tribunals in Delhi.
